Revenue Analyst

About the role

As a Revenue Analyst, you will develop strategies and translate them into actions in the areas of pricing and availability. You don't let any opportunity slip by and have the ability to convince others of your ideas. This allows you to achieve the best results in terms of price and occupancy levels for the cluster of parks within your portfolio. You will be part of a large European team of revenue professionals, continuously working on improving results within Roompot/Landal in Europe.

Your role

Through dynamic pricing, you ensure that the right prices are available through the appropriate channels, exceeding rent targets for all parks within your portfolio. This is where you excel as a Revenue Analyst. Determined, you seek new insights to strategically position the prices of your parks and maximize revenue. Based on your analyses, you know exactly which parks are performing as expected and where improvements are needed.

As a Revenue Analyst, you will showcase your skills by:

  • Analyzing reports and translating them into concrete next steps. Identifying opportunities and threats at park and type levels.
  • Creating the best possible picture of future volumes and sales prices based on historical data combined with your knowledge of current and expected trends.
  • Sharing knowledge within the team of Revenue Management Analysts and other departments within Roompot/Landal, such as Commerce, Finance, and Operations.
  • Initiating, developing, and analyzing actions in the areas of pricing, promotion, and availability.

Your work location will be our new office in Amsterdam Amstel from January 2025. Until then, you will work from our office in The Hague. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desired that you work from the office at least three days a week.

In this role, you report to the Cluster Revenue Manager.

  • Various collective insurances, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family.
  • A favorable employee booking scheme.

*A full-time employment at Roompot/Landal consists of a 38-hour work week, equivalent to a 5-day work week. If you have a part-time employment, your salary and vacation days will be calculated proportionally.
