Working alongside a team of Revenue Analysts, you will continuously improve the financial outcomes for Roompot and Landal GreenParks across Europe. You ensure the right capacity is always available to maximize revenue and do not rest until a solution is found. You are driven to enhance processes and enjoy coordinating with other departments to seamlessly implement system changes.

By constantly monitoring and adjusting the availability of bungalows across various partners, you make sure there is always the right availability to achieve maximum results. You are in charge of managing promotions with partners and also handle out of order requests, upgrades, overbookings, type changes, and making promotions and upsells (like packages) bookable.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily yielding for 5 parks.
- Accurately entering changes (think about loading prices for upselling and allotment management) into the systems.
- Supporting Revenue Analysts with tasks such as extending periods, setting up promotions in the systems, and daily yielding.
- Analyzing reports and translating them into actionable insights regarding pricing and availability.
- Being the first point of contact during emergencies and ensuring the process is initiated with other departments.
- Understanding, securing, and improving processes.
From January 2025, your work location will be our new office in Amsterdam Amstel. Until then, you will work from our office in The Hague. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desirable that you work from the office at least 3 days a week.
In this role, you will report to the Cluster Revenue Manager.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
- An annual contract with a trial period of two months in accordance with ‘cao Recreatie’, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently.
- A salary between €3.868,- and €4.765,- gross per month on a full-time basis*
- 25days' holiday for a full-time working week* If you work 40 hours per week, you accrue 94 ATV hours
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home
- Working from home allowance of €2.35 per home working day
- A travel allowance in accordance with the Roompot/Landal travel allowance scheme based on € 0.23 cents per km. If you decide to travel by public transport, your travel costs will be 100% reimbursed. Roompot/Landal wants to encourage its employees to come to the workplace by public transport
- Extensive training and education options both online (more than 150 e-learnings) and offline, aimed at developing your craftsmanship and self-development
- Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Roompot/Landal and you each paying half
- Possibility of paid additional maternity and parental leave
- Various group insurance policies, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family
- A favorable staff booking scheme
* A full-time employment contract at Roompot/Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
Wie ben jij?
You are someone who thrives on delving into details to find the best solutions and does not rest until they are found. You work with incredible precision. You stand your ground and are not afraid to push back to achieve your goals.
You also bring:
- A degree at the HBO/WO level, preferably in Hotel Management, Business Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Experience in Revenue Management and/or pricing is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Excel.
