Our snack bar has received a complete makeover. In a brand-new setting, you, together with your colleagues, offer our guests an unforgettable Italian experience. You create delicious and authentic pizzas according to recipes and standards while managing the team.

Here's what a workday looks like with us..

You work with the team in the brand-new snack bar in the forested park. You manage pizza production and oversee the snack bar team, including task distribution, operational guidance, and ensuring a good atmosphere.

You bake pizzas in traditional stone ovens, which requires attention to detail. You manage the dough, various toppings and sauces, and ensure the oven remains operational so guests can enjoy delicious fresh pizzas. They can dine in our restaurant, on the terrace, or in their accommodation if they're staying in the park.

You also keep track of inventory to ensure you always have all the ingredients to make the tastiest pizzas.

As our pizza baker, you have the freedom to implement your own ideas and improvements. You want our guests to come specifically for your pizzas and aspire to grow beyond just park guests. You enjoy involving your team in your ideas and motivating them to always provide top-notch service.

The snack bar is adjacent to the restaurant. During varying busy periods, we help each other where needed. So, while you're primarily the pizzaiolo, you may also occasionally handle frying or serving.

What can you expect from us?

  • Salary in scale 6 according to the recreation industry collective labor agreement: min. € 2,667 – max. € 3.357 gross per month based on 38 hours;
  • Year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 5 km one way);
  • 25 vacation days (based on 38 hours per week), with additional days accrued each year;
  • 8% holiday allowance;
  • Staff meal when working evenings;
  • Free swimming, bowling, or mini-golfing and discounted use of catering and other facilities with your digital staff pass;
  • 20% discount on bookings at a Roompot park;

Who are you?

Are you the positive and energetic team player who wants to join us in building this new department? You love sharing your passion for Italian cuisine with colleagues and are happy to teach them all the tricks of the trade.

  • Minimum 32 hours per week;
  • Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, and holidays);
  • Knowledge of HACCP & social hygiene.


Your destination

At De Katjeskelder, guests of all ages can enjoy to the fullest. The park is located amidst the woods, providing our guests with optimal tranquility. Here, you'll find a pleasant and challenging workplace with a management team that has been running the park for quite some time.

You'll be working in the young and large hospitality team of 30 colleagues. We have many assistants aged 18 to 21 who sometimes require guidance. Your regular colleagues range from 20 to 65 years old, ensuring diversity. Our catering facility is in the central building in the middle of our charming forest park. In addition to the catering and the adjacent snack bar, you'll also find the indoor playground and bowling alley in the same building.
